I'M READY TO CREATE A CUSTOM BOARD FOR YOU
Char-cu-ter- what? This fancy word is pronounced "shar-koo-tuh-ree". It is the culinary art of preparing meat products and pairing them with different accompaniments.
The French word Charcuterie translates to English as cured/cooked meat. Nowadays, we use this term in regard to a board filled with cheeses, cured meats and salami, olives, cornichons, nuts, fresh and dried fruit, mustard and other essentials (like delectable chocolate covered items).
If you don’t have time, we can make a charcuterie board for you! Our charcuterie boards are an elaborate, eye catching combination of domestic and international artisanal cheeses and a variety of cured meats and salamis. All our boards are decorated with herbs and flowers.
A board for every occasion. We can set-up a grazing board anywhere -- in your home, at the office, at a pop-up, or at event spaces! These boards are perfect for a wedding cocktail hour, board meeting, garden party, afternoon tea function, cocktail party- truly any gathering.
How it works. Choose the size board you need for your gathering and then complete the "Request a Graze" form on our site. We do the rest!
*All recommended serving sizes are appetizer portion suggestions. If serving as the main meal, consider going a size up.
*Please note that all cheeses, meats, produce, etc., are based on what is seasonally available, and are often interchanged.
Each item on every board will be hand selected, intentionally placed, and seasonally curated. Be it dessert, brunch, or select cheeses and meats, small, medium, or large; it is my pleasure to create an elevated charcuterie experience for you.
*Actual board not included, but can be for a small rental fee of $5. Prices may vary with specialty boards, such as vegan, dessert, breakfast, holiday, etc. Delivery fees apply for 10+ miles.
